Renamed folder to reflect the tooling needed.
This is in preparation for alternative solution configurations, such as
NetBeans, VS C++ Linux, etc.

Use only required resolution

- Instead of using the native resolution, use only what's actually
required by the emulation. This allows for much better performance.
- Fixed a silly bug in rasp_gfx when updating dispmanx, which was
introduced in the last commits
