GRAPHICS: Optimise PixelBuffer::getValueAt and PixelBuffer::setPixelAt.

Avoid doing a lot of operations just to move 2 or 4 bytes around.
Inline these methods as they are hot-spots and do very little: call
overhead becomes significant.
