0a42a7d625 SCUMM: hopefully fix 16bit mode support for SCUMM FM-TOWNS games and LOOM PCE on Android
This mostly reverts 5b7754e3f0. Instead, we try to use other 16bit modes  after 555 fails.

5b7754e3f0 SCUMM: fix bug #3316738
This provides fallback to 8bit color mode for SCUMM3 FM-TOWNS games on platforms which set the USE_RGB_COLOR define even though that color mode is not being fully implemented for that platform.

c01141a144 SCUMM: Change MessageDialog button label for consistency
Everywhere else the 'OK' button label is all upper case and here was
the only place where it was not (it was 'Ok').

baaae9d97a SCUMM: Add missing imuse feature
This adds an extra detune parameter which is assigned via sysex code 0.
Most tracks don't use this (= assign a value of 0), so it isn't really a
very noticeable feature.

4cbe4ede66 COMMON: Registers RandomSources in constructor with the event recorder
This also removes the dependency of engines on the event recorder header
and API, and will make it easier to RandomSources that are not properly
registered.

code, which still needs to be investigated and fixed.

45e65d7ea0 SCUMM: Refactor how resource (types) are srepresented
Previously, we had a couple of arrays of size N (where N = number of
resource types), one for each attribute of a resource type (such as as
the number of resources of that type.

Now, we have one array of size N, whose elements are a record
aggregating all the attributes of each resource type.

4a7360d29b SCUMM: Do not pass non-string literal but "%s" + string to displayMessage.
Since displayMessages usualy vsnprintf internally it is not quite safe to pass
any string to it, since it might include a format argument like %n, which is
unsafe.

0ce2ca4e00 COMMON: Replace MKID_BE by MKTAG
MKID_BE relied on unspecified behavior of the C++ compiler,
and as such was always a bit unsafe. The new MKTAG macro
is slightly less elegant, but does no longer depend on the
behavior of the compiler.
Inspired by FFmpeg, which has an almost identical macro.

82e473bc3b BACKENDS: Partial merge of gsoc2010-opengl: Audio CD changes only
This commit contains the AudioCDManager changes from the gsoc2010-opengl
branch. The other changes in that branch are restricted to the backends
directory only (plus configure).

The Nintendo DS and Dreamcast ports still need to be ported over to
the new Audio CD system, but that should be fairly easy to do.

2ad28b8cd5 ENGINE: Generalize SCUMM play time counting and move it into Engine.
This implements Max's idea on -devel
("Re: [Scummvm-devel] ATTN Engine authors: Advanced engine features") from
27.10.2010 on 11:12PM CEST.

Unlike the SCUMM implementation it stores the play time as ms instead of s.

The SCUMM engine was adapted to use this instead to reduce code duplication.

- made use of LordHotos graphics/sjis code to reduce code duplication
- japanese mode for version 3 and 5 works fine now with few exceptions (some line spacing glitches in MI1 intro etc.)

75e8452b6e OPENGL: Merged from trunk, from rev 52105 to 53396.
This includes an rather hacky attempt to merge all the recent gp2x backend
changes into the branch. I suppose the gp2x backend and probably all new
backends, i.e. gph, dingux etc., might not compile anymore.

Since I have no way of testing those it would be nice if porters could look
into getting those up to speed in this branch.
