6ed15e04e5 Fixed bug 2503 - Loop indexing and event union errors in SDL_gesture.c

While enabling $1 gesture support in the Urho3D engine which uses SDL2 I detected some errors in the gesture code in SDL_gesture.c:

- In the function SDL_SaveAllDollarTemplates() the following line should use index variable j instead of i:

    rtrn += SaveTemplate(&touch->dollarTemplate[i], dst);

- In the function SDL_SaveDollarTemplate() the following code should use index variable j instead of i:

    if (touch->dollarTemplate[i].hash == gestureId) {
        return SaveTemplate(&touch->dollarTemplate[i], dst);

- In the function SDL_SendGestureDollar() the x & y coordinates are being written to the mgesture structure, which results in garbage due to dgesture and mgesture being different data structures inside the union. The coordinates should be written to dgesture.x & dgesture.y respectively

When a new SDL_GestureTouch element is added to the global SDL_gestureTouch array the variable 'centroid' of the new element is not initialized.

The problem is that this variable is read isndie SDL_GestureProcessEvent when a SDL_FINGERDOWN event occurs.

651b638ea3 Fixed bug 2368 - Security Software is blocking RegisterRawInputDevices()

A customer of mine had the strange problem, that SDL_SetRelativeMouseMode() was failing for him on Windows 7. Luckily he was willing to provide some debug informations. We could track this problem down to RegisterRawInputDevices() failing due to security software running on his system (Norton Internet Security to be precise, but there are reports of similar problems with other products. For example [1]). Working around this issue with SDL_WarpMouseInWindow() is easy, and while I don't think that SDL2 can provide an internal workaround it would be really nice and helpfull if this could be documentated somewhere.

f27c940fec Fixed bug 2414 - Execute event watchers in the order they were added

Event watchers are being executed on the inverse order they are added because they are added to the head of the SDL_event_watchers list.

Since watchers are allowed to change events before they are reported (they shouldn't, imo), this breaks code that rely on watcher execution order (such as distributed event handling).

An easy scenario to see this behaving weird to the user is if you add an event watcher to check mouse coordinates and check them again in your event loop. If you add the watcher after renderer's one (which always happens after you have initialized renderer), you get the same event but different coordinates.

The proposed patch adds the event watcher in the tail of the list, not in the beginning, and correctly fixes this problem.

82edee6971 Make internal SDL sources include SDL_internal.h instead of SDL_config.h
The new header will include SDL_config.h, but allows for other global stuff.

134d56c6d9 Added a relative mouse mode that uses mouse warping instead of raw input.
To enable this, set the environment variable SDL_MOUSE_RELATIVE_MODE_WARP to "1"

When mouse relative mode is disabled, put the cursor back where the application expects it to be, instead of where it was when relative mode was enabled.

e2229f727f Clean up the cursor clipping area when quitting SDL.
This fixes the cursor being clipped after the streaming client quits when streaming Dungeons of Dredmor

The problem in question is caused by changeset 7771 (http://hg.libsdl.org/SDL/rev/4434498bf4b9 / https://bugzilla.libsdl.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2121)

The redefinition of __inline__ (introduced by the addition of begin_code.h:128's "|| __STRICT_ANSI__") results in mingw's gcc throwing multiple

   warning: always_inline function might not be inlinable [-Wattributes]

as well as a whole bunch of redefinitions of mingw internals which break linking of projects including the SDL2 headers.

367ffcc3af Added a macro SDL_TICKS_PASSED() to correctly compare two 32-bit tick values.
Went through the code and used the macro and fixed a couple places that were using incorrect timestamp comparisons.

SDL_Keysym contains a deprecated field for unicode which may be removed for SDL 2.0 release.

As far as I can tell the field is not set on all "major" platforms and therefore will not be useful for most users. Its existence in a public header therefore becomes (in my opinion) only confusing.

cb62e2540a Fixed bug 1882 - SDL_GetKeyboardState should return const.

The array returned by SDL_GetKeyboardState is also used internally by SDL to keep track of pressed/released keys and must not be modified, lest weird behaviour occurs. Because of this I believe it's return type should be changed to return a const pointer, which will provide a code indication of that fact.

3d5e0ce562 Fixed bug 1113 - SDL_SetEventFilter()'s event deletion process is not safe against intervening event push.
This is not completely thread-safe since it's possible for an event to come in and be unfiltered between the flush call and the setting of the new filter, but it's much better than it was.
