2e49e5c423 Changed default resolution and scaling
Defaults to 640 x 256, output scaling is done with height x 2 to keep
the right aspect ratio

ecd66f59c2 Added different scaling methods based on screenmode
- All Picasso modes and the menu use linear scaling, all other modes
(PAL/NTSC) use nearest neighbor. #47

3e764d06e0 Moved Quit and Menu mapping to Misc
- Moved Quit and Menu button/key mapping options to Misc Panel, from the
Input panel.
- Improved code for aligning elements on Misc panel
- Reduced space used by elements, so they fit in 640 horizontal pixels
