UI updates

Touch&hold now goes to game menu and single click goes directly to the game, so I removed bDirectLoad.
There's now a linear game list view for the game browser.
Assorted fixes.

Default to non-buffered rendering on ARMv6 as there appear to be some devices where it causes serious issues. Bizarre but this might reduce the problem a little.
