- Introduced new OSystem method getHardwareKeySet() with default implementation
- Moved global keymap creation to base/main.cpp
- Moved GUI keymap creation to gui/GuiManager.cpp
- Added various safeguard checks to various keymapper methods
Now it is really possible to add keymapper to all backends.
