88913c0139 ALL: Remove trailing whitespaces
This tries to make our code a bit more compliant with our code formatting
conventions. For future use, this is the command I used:
  git ls-files "*.cpp" "*.h" | xargs sed -i -e 's/[ \t]*$//'

593b929047 DETECTOR: Separate code for handling obsolete gameids from advanced detector
This includes a renaming of ADObsoleteGameID to Engine::ObsoleteGameID,
and AdvancedDetector::findGameID now is Engines::findGameID.

Doxygen comments were added or improved

3c59e37035 ENGINES: Unify engine names
This unifies the engine names in MetaEngine::getName() and the
credits. In particular drop "Engine" or "engine" from the names when
it was present and use expanded names in credits when the
MetaEngine uses it (e.g. "Beneath a Steel Sky" instead of "BASS").

45e65d7ea0 SCUMM: Refactor how resource (types) are srepresented
Previously, we had a couple of arrays of size N (where N = number of
resource types), one for each attribute of a resource type (such as as
the number of resources of that type.

Now, we have one array of size N, whose elements are a record
aggregating all the attributes of each resource type.

59e77ed667 ALL: Mark printf and various other symbols as forbidden
Right now, a few places in the frontend code still use printf and
consorts. We mark the affected files with a FIXME for now, and
add a dedicated exception for each. To be fixed!

Also tweak FORBIDDEN_SYMBOL_REPLACEMENT to hopefully really always
enforce a compiler error

4d3a07b494 COMMON: Rename and tweak MD5 functions
* names now comply to our naming conventions
* the function computeStreamMD5AsString which computes the MD5
  as a hex string now returns it as a Common::String
* add doxygen comments

b6940caaaa SCUMM: Added directory globs for in-depth search.
The code was compied from AdvancedDetector. Currently it is
set up to detect Mac indy3/loom which contains it data in
Rooms 1, Roooms 2 and Rooms 3 directories.

ca161920a4 SCUMM: Fix bug #1438631.
Bug #1438631: "SCUMM: Detecting mac version of indy3/loom broken"
fixed by implementing recursive directory lookup similar to what
was done for AdvancedDetector, since SCUMM engine does not use it.
